therein mentioned it being in & for Consideration of the freedom of two years Service of Margaret Strawbridge

the above named James Wetherlies Servant maid that then the above Obligation to be void & of none effect or else

              Know all men by these presents that I John: Wheeler of the County & Province aforesd Planter doe

              Owe & Stand firmly bounden & obliged to James Weatherly of the County & Province aforesd Gent

              in the full & just Sum of tenn thousand pounds of good Sound Merchantable tobacco in Caske to be payd

              to the said James Wetherly or his true & Lawfull Attorney his Heirs Extors or Admrs or Assigns on all

              demands to ye which payment well & truly to be made I doe bind me my Heirs Extors & Admrs firmly

              by these presents Sealed with my Seal the fifteenth day of April in the year of our Lord God 1691. =

The Condicon of the above Written Obligation is Such that if the above bounden John:Wheeler Shall

     on his part, well truely & faithfully & honestly Serve the above named James: Weatherly his Heirs Extors Admrs

     or Assigns the full time or terme of two years from the date above Written in Such Service & imployment as he

     the Said James Wetherly his Heirs &ca shall Sett him to or imploy him in duering the Said terme, and Shall in

     all things behave himSelf abide Stay & bear in all things dureing the said terme in full as is Specified & mentioned

   in a Certaine Indenture of Apprentishipp or Servitude for the term aforesd bearing date with these presents assigned

    by the above bounden John:Wheeler to the above named James Weatherly for ye true Service of terme mencioned it

of good merchantable tobacco & Caske Conveniently on the Bay Side in the County aforesd, at or upon ye tenth day of
