              demands to ye which payment well & truly to be made I doe bind me my Heirs Extors & Admrs firmly

The Condicon of the above Written Obligation is Such that if the above bounden John:Wheeler Shall

     on his part, well truely & faithfully & honestly Serve the above named James: Weatherly his Heirs Extors Adm^rs

     or Assigns the full time or terme of two years from the date above Written in Such Service & imployment as he

     the Said James Wetherly his Heirs &ca shall Sett him to or imploy him in duering the Said terme, and Shall in
