Was indebted to the Said Peter in the Sum of Two hundred fifty & Six pounds of Porke being the Ballance of

A Certaine acco^t. for Sundry goods & Merchandizes by the said Peter to the Said Wm: Sold & delivered, and the said

Wm to the Said Peter in manner aforesd being indebted, did assusme upon himself, and to the said Peter faithfully

promise that he the said Wm: the Said Sum of 265 Pounds of Pork when requested, would Content & pay Never

the less the said Wm though often requested y^e Same to the sd Peter hath not paid but hath hitherto refused and

doth Still refuse to the damage of the said Peter of 600: Pounds of tobacco & thereof he brings his Sute &ca.
