Ordered by this Court that Thomas Porter give Security to make his prsonall
appearance the next County Court to be held on the second Tuesday in Novembr
anno Dom 1692. to answer to Such things & matters as shall be objected on behalf of Maties
  Whereupon Came the sd Thomas Porter & his Two Securities viz Richard
Chambers and John: Brown C  And the said Porter did by way of Recognizance
did acknowledge & Confess himSelf to owe and be indebted unto their Maties King
William and Queen Mary the Sum of thirty pounds Sterling money, due to be leavied
on his goods and Chattels lands and Tennements for their Maties uses &ca and ye sd
Securities Chambers & Browne did in forme and manner acknowledge themselves to
be indebted to sd Maties in the Sum of 15lb: Sterl a piece due to be leavied as abovesd C
 
              The Condition of the abovesd Recognizance is Such that if the above bound Thomas
Porter doe make his personal appearance before their Maties Justices at the next
County Court to be holden the Second tuesday in November, there to answer to Such things &
matters as shall be then & there Objected agt him, then ye Recognizance to be void &
of none effect, otherwayes to be and remaine in full power force & vertue  _______
 
Ordered mr. Peter. Dent. prosecute ye actions depending between their Maties and ___
Cornelius Innis. & those of Thomas Porters

Ordered by this Court that mr James. Sangster, plead no more in said Court, after
he had finished those actions in dockett wherein Said Sangster is Concerned
 
mr. James Dashiels and mr George Layfield tooke ye Oath of Justice of Peace
they not being present when the abovesd Order passed agt Sd Sangster which Order
agt ye sd mr James: Sangster was in Court read to ye Sd Dashiels & Layfield, and by them
assented to.
          Order Sumons for Rose Deaverley to answer ye Complaint of Anne Bishopp

     John Parsons this day in Open Court made Oath that he paid one hhd of tobacco upon
