An account of Worke done by Rowland Beavins to Nausiwungo Bridge C

To Six new ground Sills to boreing of Six holes in every board &  pinning of them
To Severall new planke in all 1100^lb  of tobacco    Rowland Beavins
The abovesd acco^t being Considered this Court allows and Orders One thousand
pounds of tobacco & no more to be paid out of y^e next County Leavy. _________
 
Ordered by this Court, that the Sixty dayes worke diet & tools owing upon
Record by Thomas: Oxford be paid towards the mending of Pocomoke Bridge. &
occasion be for twenty five dayes more which is likewise due upon Record from Rose
Deaverley be also paid to sd Bridge C  Ordered Jn^o. Goddin & Wm: Wouldhave
See the abovesd worke performed.  Order Sent per M^r. Round. ______________

Comes and Sayes that the deft. is become and Stands indebted unto the plt. in the full
and just Sum of nineteen hundred fourty eight pounds of tobacco as p^r a perticuler acco^t.- -
ready here in Court to be produced will more plainly appear, which foresd Sum of 1948^lbB
of tobacco hath been often demanded. Nevertheless he the said dft fraudulently & Craftily B
intending the plt to deceive the Same hath not paid ) but denyed & Still doth deny to the
plts great loss & damage to the value of 3000 Pounds of tobacco & thereupon brings this Suit
