Called John Trubshaw Sonn to ye deceased John: Trubshaw made Over by ye worll Court
he comes at age, his deceased ffather by his last Will & Testament having left to his Sonn John
Trubshaw, One Plantacon near to Dividing Creek your worps Petioner having the Orphant, craves
that yr worps would be pleased to grant Order, That what belongs to the Orphant yr worps Petioner
may have it in his Custody. & Order to live upon the Plantacon Wm Meads who liveth upon
it his time being expired at the fall And yr Petioner as in duty bound shall ever pray &ca _____

          The humble Petion of Andrew Smith Sheweth &ca
That yr Petioner was formerly in Ireland bound Apprentise to James Traine to learn the trade of
a Black Smith but he the Said Traine dying within Sixteen Months after yr Petioner was then
by Court Ordered to David Griffiths blacksmith  (But So it happened) may it please yr worps that
Magdalina the Relict of the Said Decd Train, intermarrying, with One John: Jonner yr Petioner
then, was by this Court Ordered to Serve out his time with Said Jonner, according to the termes
of Indenture (viz) Seaven years which yr Petioner has, at wch expiration of time , yr Petioner ( c-   )
his tools, Corne & Clothes but was refused,& forced besides to Serve 35:working dayes to the said
Jonner, for charges as he pretended he had expended. Your poor Petioner is very destitute, being
much abused for want of his tools, being Otherwayes imployed by sd Jonner, as logg mauling ground
Clearing, tending Corne & Other Sorts of worke Contrary to Indenture, which I hope ye worps will Consider
& your Petioner Shall pray &ca. ___________   - - - - - -   ________   - - - - - -    ________   - - - - -
