         Whereupon Comand was this day given to the Sheriff of this County to bring here twelve
   good & lawful men of his Balywick, that the matter in hand might be the better understood
a List or pannel whereof are returned as followeeth.(viz) Miles:Gray. John:Kellam. John:Jones
John:Starlin. George:Lane. Sam^l. Johnson. Anthony Jones. Thomas.Gillett. Wm:Keens. Henry.
ffreaks. John: Renshaw. Wm: Wouldhave. 12. who being legally Sumoned & Sworn upon the
holy Evangelists who having heard the foresd Declaracon & accompt, as also the Evidences upon
their Oaths receives their Charge & are Sent forth.

And this day to witt the 17^th: day as aforesd Came the aforesd Jurors of the said
Jury between the sd Rowell & Matthews, and being all unanimously agreed of
   Their verdict, the plt & defend^t. being Calld. the verdict is read in these expresse words
following (viz)  Wee of the Jury doe find, that Wm:Matthews doe deliver John:Rowell So
many Such like Catle as he received from Margaret Rowell.  Miles Gray foreman. ___
 
   This Court Orders the aforesd verdict to be entered  and likewise Orders that the two dead
yea^rlings be deducted from the Seaven Catle aforesd and grants Order for the Rest w^th Cost
alias Executio. //
Wm:Matthews assumes in Open Court to pay all Cost of Sute to Officers &ca.
