( 200 ) March. 16th- 1692/3 November 10th. 1686 // By vertue of a Warrant bearing date the fifth day of Novembr in ye 11th year of the Right honble Charles &ca ano.Domini 1686. Granted by the honble. Coll Wm ( ) unto Richard ffarewell of Somerset County Gent for 200 Acres of Land, these are therefore humbly to Certifie that I Samuel Cooper Depty. Surveyor have laid out for the Said Richard ffarewell a parcell of Land Called New wood Hall Scituate lying & beeing on the east Side of Chesiopeak Bay on the North Side of Pocomoke River back in the woods on the Northermost Side of the main branch of Rehobeth Creek bounded on the South with a Tract of Land formerly Surveyed for Jno.Woodard Called Wood Hall, bounded as followeth. Begining at a marked Gum Standing on the North Side of the Said Branch, thence with a line drawn North by East 200 perches, thence with a line drawn West by North 160 perches, thence with a line drawn South West 200:perches, thence with a line drawn East by South 160 perches to the first bounder Containing & now laid out for 200 Acres more or less to be holden of the manner of Somerset. pr me Sam. Justices of their Maties Peace for the County of Somersest in Court now Sitting The Petion of Archibald Smith humbly Sheweth that whereas John Trubshaw Sonn to the lately deceased John:Trubshaw, was by the worll. Court made Over to me to be brought up till he be at age, the aforesd Trubshaw hath left to him by his ffather being his only Son one Plantation your Petioner having the Boy to educate & he being but three years old last April Craves your worps would be pleased to grant an Order for my having of the Plantation in my posession dureing the time of his abode with me which is (if he live) until he bee at age & your Petioner as in duty bound Shall ever pray &ca.
