Court being Calld. This following paper was read. (viz)  This may Satisfie all
whome it may Concern, that I Thomas: Taldersby, doe firmly Sell & deliver all
my right & title which I have of Mary Hues unto. m^r Bernard. Ramsey having recd
perfect Satisfaction for her Sail, being the 11^th: day of october 1692. as witness my

The abovesd Bernard Ramsey & the Said Mary Hues being then p^rsent in open Court
the Said Ramsey might have humbly Craved of their worpps that the sd Mary might be
put an apprentise to him the sd Ramsey, who then afirmed to the Court that the ffather & B
Mother of the sd Mary were both dead, but before their death asked him the sd Ramsey to B
take Care of ther sd Mary. which (being) Considered the Court (doth) put Apprentice y sd Mary to
the said Ramsey as required  The said Ramsey, promiseing to give the sd Mary a yearling
Heifer, two (years hence to be recorded for sd Maryes use, & kept by the sd Ramsey the increase
not to exceed (two Cows) what (is more) is to be Sold for the sd Maryes use (likewise) to learn her
(Satisfactory) & to doe for her as to learning as he doth for his own Children -     -     -
