175 To ye worll Justices of there Maties for the County of Somerset in Court Sitting The humble Petion Of Richard Tull. humbly Sheweth. Whereas your Petioner hath a Plantation at Dividing Creeke And there hath made a Pasture at or beside the Bridge. Your Petioner Craves yr worps Order for Setting up of Sufficient gates in Order to passing through my Pasture wth out which (meaning a pasture) I cannot have a Plantation. And your Petioner, and your Petioner as in duty bound Shall ever pray &ca. .. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - The abovesd Petion being read, was by ye worll Court Granted as required _____ To the Worll. Petioner was bound in the Bonds of the good behavior Novembr Court your Wors Petioner having, behaved himself to all their Maties Subjects & Liege people Civily (as I hope none can declare any thing to the Contrary agt me) Craves yours Worps will be pleased to release me from the Bonds, And your Petioner as in duty bound Shall ever pray &ca. The abovesd Petion being read, and Proclamacon made/ The Petion as required was granted. Robert: Boyer Sonn of Robert Boyer deceased, was by his Mother this day brought into Court, who desired their worps that her Said Sonn might be put Apprentice to John:Roach Senior. till he attain to the age of One & twenty years, which this Court assents to & Confirms and the Said Roach obliges himself to endeavour to learn the Said Robert to read and at the expiration of his time to give him a Cow Calf. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - To their Maties Worll. Comissioners now in Court Sitting. The humble Petion of Cornelius Anderson whereas your Petioner humbly prayeth That Whereas your Petioner was bound to his good behaviour in September Court last past.
