 162      Janry 10th 1692
William & Mary.  By the grace of God of England Scotland ffrance and
Ireland King and Queen defenders of the faith &ca.  To the Comissioners of
Somerset County Greeting. Because in ye Records & process, as also in the rendring
of judgmt. & granting Execution there upon before yw in our Sd County Court agt
Henry: Lynch at the Sute of Peter Whaples in a plea of debt or tresp Case. ___
Manifest Errors hath happened to the damage of the Said Henry.Lynch as by
his great Complaint wee have received. Wee willing therefore the Errors (if any be)
Should in due manner be Corrected & full & Speedy Justice to be done to the sd parties
in this behalf. Wee Comand yw that if judgmt. thereof be rendered, then ye Records and
process of the Judgmt & Execution afsd, with all things touching  & Concerning
the Same before or Justices of or Provincial Court to be held at our Citty of St. Marys
the first Tuesday of May next, under ye hands & Seals, distinctly & openly yw Send
that inspection being had of the Records & proceedings therein Wee Cause further to be
done what of Right & according to ye Laws & Constitution of this our Province ought
to be done, & have yw there this Writt Wittness our Selves, at or Citty of St. Maryes
the Sixth day of October in the fourth year of or Reign &ca annoq Dom. 1692

   Ordered by this Court, the Clerk Send a Transcript of the proceedings
twixt Gunby Whaples and Lynch. to ye next Provincial Court & Sign ye Same

To the worll. the Justices of Somerset County C  The humble Petion of Jno. Bound
humbly Craveth. that whereas yr Petioner, was formerly bound for his Wife Maple
his Sonn in Law Lawrence:Young & his Servt. wench Rose Bryan in three Severall
Bonds most humbly beggeth that yw would be pleased to take it into yr Serious B
Consideration it being of a long Continuance Since Sd bonds were given him (by)
& yr petioner shall ever acknowledge as in duty he is bound. ______________
         The above Sd Petion being read. Proclamation was three times made pr
          Cryer and the said Maple was discharged from Bonds pr Court -   -   B
Likewise proclamacion was 3 times made & ye abovesd Lawreance:Young discharged
Likewise proclamacion was 3 times made & ye sd Rose discharged & the Petionr
