Ireland King and Queen defenders of the faith &ca.  To the Comissioners of
Somerset County Greeting. Because in y^e Records & process, as also in the rendring
of judgm^t. & granting Execution there upon before y^w in our Sd County Court agt
Henry: Lynch at the Sute of Peter Whaples in a plea of debt or tresp Case. ___
Manifest Errors hath happened to the damage of the Said Henry.Lynch as by
his great Complaint wee have received. Wee willing therefore the Errors (if any be)
Should in due manner be Corrected & full & Speedy Justice to be done to the sd parties
in this behalf. Wee Comand y^w that if judgm^t. thereof be rendered, then y^e Records and
process of the Judgm^t & Execution afsd, with all things touching  & Concerning
the Same before o^r Justices of o^r Provincial Court to be held at our Citty of S^t. Marys
the first Tuesday of May next, under y^e hands & Seals, distinctly & openly y^w Send
that inspection being had of the Records & proceedings therein Wee Cause further to be
done what of Right & according to y^e Laws & Constitution of this our Province ought
to be done, & have y^w there this Writt Wittness our Selves, at o^r Citty of S^t. Maryes
the Sixth day of October in the fourth year of o^r Reign &ca annoq Dom. 1692

humbly Craveth. that whereas y^r Petione^r, was formerly bound for his Wife Maple
his Sonn in Law Lawrence:Young & his Serv^t. wench Rose Bryan in three Severall
Bonds most humbly beggeth that y^w would be pleased to take it into y^r Serious B
Consideration it being of a long Continuance Since Sd bonds were given him (by)
& y^r petioner shall ever acknowledge as in duty he is bound. ______________
         The above Sd Petion being read. Proclamation was three times made p^r
          Cryer and the said Maple was discharged from Bonds p^r Court -   -   B
Likewise proclamacion was 3 times made & y^e abovesd Lawreance:Young discharged
Likewise proclamacion was 3 times made & y^e sd Rose discharged & the Petion^r
as above prayed for &ca ___  Sd Bound paying fees .
