And whereupon the Said David by Peter Dent his Atto^rney Saith that the Said
ffrancis the last day of June in the year of our Lord 1690 at Pocomoke within y^e Jurisdiction
of this Court by his Certain Bill Obligatory which the Said David with the Seal of the
Said ffrancis Signed bringeth here into Court the date whereof is the day & year aforesd
acknowledged himself to be bound to the said David in the full and just Sum of eight hundred
pounds of tobacco and Cask to be paid to the Said David at Some Convenient Landing Between
the head of Pitts Creek & Rehobeth Towne in the County aforesd on or upon the tenth day of
October next after the date of the Said Bill Nevertheless the Said ffrancis, the said Sum of
Eight hundred pounds of tobacco, according to the teno^r of the Said Bill, but the Same to pay
hath denyed, & doth Still deny to the damage of the Said David of 1600 Pounds of tobacco

   This Bill bindeth me ffrancis Gunby of Somerset County in Maryland Joyne^r my Heirs
Execcuto^rs and Adm^rs to pay or Cause to be paid unto David Hazzard of the Same County
Planter, or to his Certaine Atto^rney  his Heirs Exto^rs Adm^rs or Assigns, the full Sum or q^t of
Eight hundred pounds of good Sound Merchantable tobacco & Caske to be paid, at Some Convenient
Landing between the head of Pitts his Creek and Rehobeth Towne in the County aforesd
On or upon the tenth day of October next after the date hereof as witness my hand and
