Jurisdiction of the Court was Indebted to the Said Peter in the Sum of ninety seaven & (a half)
Pounds of Porke being for three gallons and three quarts of Rum by the Said Peter to
Said John Sold and delivered and the Said John to the Said Peter in manner aforesd (being)
indebted did assume upon himself & to the Said Peter faithfully promise the said Sum of 972
Pounds of Porke when he should be thereunto requested would well & truly Content & pay Nevertheless
the Said John.his promise & assumption aforesd not regarding but minding & fraudulently intending 
the Said Peter in this behalf to deceive & defraud the Same to the Said Peter hath not paid but
hath hitherto refused & doth Still refuse to the damage of the Said Peter of 600 Pounds of Porke
& thereof brings this Suite

Sheweth That whereas yr Petioner hath by Sumons tended upon a Cause depending betwixt B
John:Taylor & Wm.Coulbourne nine dayes besides going & Comeing it is the request of your
humble Petioner to grant yr worps Order for her pay in Such Cases prvided & as in duty bound
shall pray.  Margeret Summers
 
     The Said Deponent to the truth of all above Specified Sworn before us. Samuel: Hopkins

     The Courts adjourned till tomorrow at 8. a Clock
