Cornelius Anderson                   (Convict) for  (carrying)             was by this
Court fined according to                                                 into theSheriffs Custody till Security given
for his good behaviour fines & fees _______  Whereupon came the foresd Cornelius
Anderson with his Security Henry: Philips and the sd Anderson did by recognizance
acknowledge & Confess himself to owe & be indebted to their Maties in the Sum of tenn
pounds Sterling money & his Sec. Henry Philips in the Sum of five pounds like money
due to be leavied on their goods & Chattels lands & Tennements for their Maties uses
  The Condition of the abovesd Recognizance is Such that if the above bound
Cornelius Anderson be of the good behavior & abearance to all their Maties Liedge people
of this Province dureing the Courts pleasure And also pay his fine & fees then the
Recognizance to be void & of none effect.  Otherwayes to be & remaine in full power
force & vertue.
 
    To the worll. their Maties Justices of the Peace for the County of Somerset in Crt Sitting
     The humble Petion of Miles Gray humbly Sheweth . _______  - - - - - - - - -
That whereas yr Petioners Servt Anthony Mechano alias Asher having by Sundy misdemeanors
abuses and very much damnified yr petionr, as well by his unlawfull absenting himself
as also by purloining his goods, and likewise by putting yr Petioner to very great
Charge & trouble all which will more plainly appear to yr worps as pr accot Subscribed, wch
Said accot. I humbly Crave may be Considered & Order granted for the Same agt the said
Asher, & yr petioner as in duty bound Shall ever pray. &ca.
