This Indenture Made the 18th: day of March in the 3d year of the Reign of our Soveraine Lord &
Lady William and Mary by the grace of God, Over England Scotland ffrance & Ireland King & Queen defendrs
of the faith &c. and in the year of our Lord God One thousand Six hundred and ninety, Between. Wm: Coulbourne
of the County of Somerset and Province of Maryland Gent, and Anne his wife on the one part, and Robt Coulbourne
of the same County and Province aforesd Gent on the other party Wittnesseth. That ye above named William
Coulbourne and Ann his wife for and in Consideration of twelve pence in hand paid by the within named Robert
Coulbourne being Sterling money of England, before the ensealing and delivery hereof, whereof and wherewith
the sd William and Anne his wife doth acknowledge themselves fully and wholy to be satisfied and paid, and for every
part and percel thereof doth acquit and discharge the within named Robert Coulbourne his Heirs and Assigns for
Ever, by these presents hath given, granted, bargained, Sold, feofed and confirmed, and by these presents doth fully and
absolutely, give, grant, alienate, bargain, Sell, enfeoffe , and confirm unto the sd Robert Coulbourne and to his Heirs and
Assigns for ever, A Certain tract or percel of Land lying and being in Somerset County upon the South Side of A
River Called and known by the name of Animessex and on the Eastermost Side of a Creek issuing out the Same --
Comonly calld and known by the Name of Harts Creek being part of a tract of Land formerly Surved for Coll. William
Coulbourne decd called Pomfrett, conteining fourteen hundred Acres, as by Pattent doth most fully and amply appear
which sd aforesd tract or percel of Land is bounded as followeth, begining at a Marked Oake Standing near the mouth
of a gutt, issuing out of the Eastermost Side of Harts Creek aforesd, thence with a line drawn North thirty five degrees
Easterly Sixteen pole to the said Gutts mouth. thence up and with the Southern Side of the said gutt North Seventy
One degrees Easterly fourty four pole, thence North eighty five degrees Easterly twenty Seaven pole to a
