( 91 ) The Condition of this Obligation is Such that if the above bound Lawrence: Crawford do well & truly Observe and satisfie the last will and Testament of Benjamin: Keizer deceased bearing date the 26th day of March Anno Dom. 1691. as well as to pay all and every the debts upon Order had and obtained from their Maties Justices of Peace in Court Sitting So far forth as the sd Estate will extend or the Law require, and well and truly to observe the Severall Clauses mentioned in letters of Admrn to you granted ye 10th. day of July 1691. As also to make no waste Sale or destruction of in or upon the real Estates of Orphants (viz) dwelling houses out houses, lands, woods Orchards ffences. Observing the law entituled an Act for preservation of Orphants real Estates, as also to keep - harmless the Justices of Peace of Somerset County for Probatt of Wills and granting Admrns, and all other officers. that then this Obligation to be void and of none effect. Item I leave and bequeath to William one horse and a Maer called Bonny and all my tools. Item I leave and bequeath to my Sonns Thomas and Jacob two hundred Acres of Land called kiniser castle equally to be devided between them. Item I leave and bequeath Ursula my loving wife one hundred Acres of Land called Heaths quarter, dureing the time of her life, and then to be equally divided between William my Sonn and Mary my Daughter at her decease. Item I leave & bequeath to my Sonn Abraham a hundred Acres of Land which I bought John: Shipley with the rest which John: Shipley left --( me) my by will. Item I leave and bequeath One Heifer two years old with their female increase to my Sonn Abraham. Item I bequeath to Ursula my loving wife One Mare and a Cow with the rest of my household goods (lik)ewise I oblige my Sonn William to give to my daughter Mary the first Colt of of the Mare called bonny bremer his mark Abraham: AH Heathe Sealed.
