more or Lesse Together with all rights Proffitts priveledges thereunto belonging (Royall mines excep
ted To have & to hold the Same to him the Sd: William Stevens his heires & assignes for Ever for and
undr: Such rents reservations & Services therein reserved as by y Sd: recited Deed recourse being
thereunto had more fully & more at Large it may & doth appeare And Since vizt upon the twenty
third day of July Annoq Dom: one thousand Sixhundred & Seaventy The aforesaid William Stevens
& Elizabeth his wife by theire Certaine Deed in Writing under their hands & Seales duely
executed & enrolled in Somr:Sett County & there remayning amongst the records Did bargaine
Graunt Sell enfeofe and Confirme the Sd: Two Thousand acres of Land Called Partners Choice unto the
above named John White his heires and assignes for Ever To have & to hold the Same with
all & every the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertainning to him the
Said John Whitte his heires & assignes for Ever This Indenture further Wittnesseth That
Whereas his said Lopps: the Rt: honr:ble Cæcilius over Maryland &c by his Deed of Graunt undr.
the great Seale used in the said Province of Maryland for graunting of Land there bearing date
at y Citty of St: Maries the 7th: day of ffebry: in the five and Thirtieth year of the Dominion of his
Said Lopps: the Rt: honr:ble Cæcilius &c Annoqe: Dom: 1666 Did for the Consideration therein men=
=tioned graunt unto the aforesaid William Stevens all that parcell of Land Called Kings Norton
Scituate Lieing & being in the aforesaid County of Sommerset on the easterne Shore on the NorthSide
of Pocomoke river bounded as ffolloweth beginning at a marked oake Standing on the brinke of
y Sd: River thence running up the Sd: river northeast fifty perches to a marked red oake for
bredth thence with a Line drawne Northwest unto the woods three hundred & Seaventy perches to
a marked red oake from from thence to another marked red oake for bredth unto the woods ffifty perches
& thence by a Line drawne downe y river to the first bounder Containing & Laid out for one hundred
acres more or Lesse Together with all rights Proffitts priveledges & bennefitts thereunto belonging
Royall mines excepted To have & to hold the Same to him the said William Stevens his heires & assignes
for Ever for & undr: Such rents reservacons & Services therein reserved as by the Sd: recited Deed recourse

appeare Leave & bequeath unto y above named Sarah Whitte his wife whole & Sole executrix of y
Same all the above mentioned Tracts of Land bounded Scituate Lieing & being as is above expressed
(except ffive hundred acres that is to be taken out of the above mentioned Two Tracts) To be disposed
off as the Said Sarah Whitte Shall thinke ffitt & Convenient Now This Indenture ffurther
Wittnesseth That the above named Sarah Whitte for & in Consideration of Twelve pence Sterling
money of England to her in hand paid by the Within named Lawrence Crawford before the
ensealing & delivery hereof whereof and wherewith the Sd: Sarah Whitte doth acknowledge
her Selfe to be fully & wholy Satisfied & paid & doth of & for Every part & parcell thereof acquitt
& dischardge the Sd: Lawrence Crawford his heires executrs: & admrs: by these presents hath
given granted bargained Sold feofed & Confirmed And doth by these presents fully absolutely
give grante allienate bargaine Sell ffeoffe & Confirm unto the Sd: Lawrence Crawford his heires
