the Summe thereof you having first taken yor oath well and truly to administer the Same
and to make or Cause to be made A true & perfect Inventory of all and Singular y goods and
Chattels & Creditts of the Said deceased which have may or Shall Come to yor. hands possession
or knowledge (appraysed in money) and a true and Just account of and upon yor administration
therein & to exhibitt both into our County Court where Wills are proved according to
power given by a Certaine ordinance made the last assembly: Lawfully Authorized
touching which Inventory you are presently assigned to performe or at furthest at or -
before the Second Tuesday in June now Next Ensueing and an accot: within twelve months
from the date of these presents and Lastly wee doe hereby Constitute ordaine & appointe you
the Said William Colebourne administrator of all & Singular y goods Chattels & Creditts
of the said deceased Signed by ordr. of Court this eleaventh day of March in y first year
of their Royall Matiies Reigne over England and in the year of or Lord God one thousand

appraysed (in Money) undr. yor: hands and Seales into or County Cort: held y Second Tuesday
in June next after the date hereof this by order of Court Dated y 11th: day of March in y first
year of theire Maties. Reigne over England &c. and in y year of our lord God one thousand Six hundred
eighty & Nine/90 ~ ~ ~ ~ John West dept: Clrke Cur County Somr:Set
these 3 writing delivered to Capta. William Coleborne y 31th: March 1690

Memorandum That this 28th: day of Aprill Annog. Do: 1690 Came William Coulborne the within
mentioned executor & did then at Anamessex in the County aforesd. take his oath upon the holy ~
Evangelists well & truly to administer upon the goods Chattles & Creditts of the deceased according to
form herein expressed before me David Browne /
