acknowledge therewith fully Satisfied Contented and payd as also for divers other goods Causes & Considerations
them thereunto moveing hath graunted bargained Soulld aliened and Confirmed And by (these)
presents Doe grant bargaine Sell Alien and Confirme unto the Said William Wallis his heires
and assignes for Ever All that peece or parcell of Land Called Rum Ridge Lyeing on the east Side of Che
sepeake bay back in the woods from y head of Rokiawakin river bounded as followeth beginning at a
marked white oake Standing on the SouthSide of A fresh water runn being A branch of the aforesaid (river)
thence with a Lyne drawne South west Two hundred and Twenty perches to a marked pine thence
with A Line drawne South Southwest Two hundred ffifty Seaven perches thence with ALine drawne North
east halfe a pointe Easterly five hundred Twenty five perches and from thence with a right line drawne no-
to the first bounder Containing Three hundred acres more or Lesse as pr Pattent dated the Sixth day
of october 1681 & by Conveyance Dated August the 8th: 1686 Doth & may more at Lardge appeare (Royall mines
excepted) & the revercon & revercons remainder & remainders thereof and all wayes waters ease(ments)
Proffitts & Comodities whatsoever thereunto belonging and all the estate right Title Claime Interest & dem(ands)
whatsoever of them the Said John ffrizell & his wife of in & unto the premisses & of in & unto every part or p(arcell)
thereof with their appurtenances Together with all Such pattents Deedes Charters Evidences Es--
writings & minuments touching or Concerning the Said bargained pr:misses only or any part thereof as
are in the hands Custody or Possession of them the Said John ffrizell and Cullett his wife or either of them
or of any other person or persons by their or either of their Delivery Consent or privity or wch: they or either
of them Can prcure or Came by without Sute in Law To have and to hold the Said three hundred acres of
Land Called Rumridge and pr:misses before mentioned with all & every the appurtenances (undr the
Rents & Services Due to the Cheife Lord or Lords of the ffee or ffees) unto him the Said William Wallis his
heires & assignes for Ever To the only use & behoofe of him the Said William Wallis his heires & assignes for
Ever and to noe other use intent or purpose whatsoever ffree & freely acquitted & discharged of & from all
& all manner of former or other Guifts grants bargaines Sales ffeofements mortgages leases Jointures
Dowers rents Arerages of rents and of and from all other Titles Troubles Chardges & incumbrances whatsoever In witnes
