The Condition of this obligacon is Such yt if the above bounden ffrancis Jenckins Doe well & truly po-
of the deceased Samuell Cooper upon ordr had & obtained from theire Maties Justices of the Peace now
Sitting Soe farr forth as the estate will extend or the Law require & well & truly observe the Severall
Clauses mentioned in Letters of administracons to him granted bearing date the 10th: day of J(une)
as also to make no waste or destruccon of in or upon y real estate of orphants vizt dwelling houses
out houses Lands woods orchards ffences observing the Law entitled An Act for pr:Servacon (of)
orphants real estates as alsoe to keepe harmless the Justices of the peace of Somr:Set County for proving
wills & granting of administracons & all other the officers that then this obligacon to be void & of none (effect)
