And Ordered that Elizabeth Wildgoose fine be paid to the Said Whittington & Chambers, to the mending or repairing the Bridge Called Phebus Bridge _____ - - - - - - - - - - - - ________ - - - - - - - - - ________ - - - - - - - - ________ - - - - - - _______ Roger Burkam, was this day Sworn Cryer of this Court. Ordered that the goods & Chattels of Wm. Morris that are in Griffin Thomas hands So farr as assetts be attached for Wm. Nobles use. The attachmt. was issued Once but no effects could be found ___ - - - - - - - - ______ - - - - - - _________ - - - - - - - - - _________ - - - - - - - ______ Henry Philips, William Currey & Charles. Smullen, being legally Sumoned for their Maties to give Evidence agt Edward: Wheeler, but not attending thereto: was this day by a Sciori fac. brought into Court to Show reason for their Contempt &ca. which reasons were humbly shewn to their worpps, who Considered thereof, and remitted the foresd delinquents. Ordered by this Court that mr James: Sangster. & mr. Peter Dent, doe finally Conclude and end the difference depending on Dockett betwixt George: Layfield Esqr. & Eliz his wife plts & Wm: Leyton dft James: Sangster Plt. Somerset County Sc. Stephen Page. and Bridget his wife Admrx of Contra } the goods and Chattels of Arnold: Parramore late of this County deceased Stephen. Page &ca Adrs &ca were Sumoned to answer unto James: Sangster of the same County in an - - - - - - - - - - - - action upon the Case ____ - - - - - ______ - - - - - - _______ - - - - And whereupon the pt by him Self Comes and Sayes that the said Arnold: Parramore in his life time became indebted to the plt. for fees and advice as doth and may appear by accot here under written in the full and just Sum of Three hundred pounds of tobacco which the said Arnold did faithfully upon him Self assume, and to the plt promise faithfully to Satisfie the plt. But the said Arnold deceased, nor the said Stephen & Bridgett Admrx Since the intermarriage with the said Bridgett Admrx or either of them hath not paid Though often thereunto required, But fraudulently and Craftily intending to deceive the plt of the said Sum of three hundred pounds of tobacco, hath hitherto denyed payment, and yet doth deny, to the plts great loss and damage to the value of Six hundred pounds of tobacco and hereupon brings this Suit.
