Equitable: then in ye wisdome doe what think more convenient that the Law will warrant and Justifie yw in and
Legally discharge me. Capt: Whttington without my knowledge by what authority I know not) hath proposed one of
the Children & Estate to a Relation of the Childrens in Accamk. with whom I am willing to be Concernd. Namely
Capt Jenifer if yw think fitting and he acquiesses or with any yw worpps proposes (if the Will admitts) hoping you
will Seriously weigh the Concern and not rashly give yr judgment but Sufer a needfull (If there be occasion.)

therefore yr Petioner humbly prayes that he may be remitted & enlarged from & of his said Bonds as in duty

To the worll Justices of Someret County now in Court Sitting -- The humble Petion of Richard Chambers
humbly sheweth . That yr worpps granted Order that your Petioner Should have Satisfaction out of the
Estate of William: Jones deceased for his accomodation for six years and Six months at Six hundred pr
year the which amounts to three thousand nine hundred pounds of tobacco. Also for funerall Charges 300lb
of tobacco which comes to in all 4200lb. Of tobacco. Richard: Chambers . -- ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
which foresd Petion being Considered was by this Court granted.

worpps excuse for this time, and he shall be ready to Serve upon another occasion. And yr Petioner as in duty
bound shall ever pray &c. Petion Granted pr Court

Sanders humbly sheweth, whereas yr worps Petioner was Sumoned to attend as Jury man September Court yr worps
