given and granted to the following gifts, bequests, devises,
grants, sales, leases, conveyances and deeds, to and from
certain persons and bodies corporate to and for the use of
certain ministerial persons, religious and educational cor-
porations, orders, denominations and sects, and to certain
charitable institutions hereinafter named and hereinafter
set forth.

1. To the bequest to the Messiah Evangelical and Re-
formed Church, North Avenue and Druid Hill Avenue, Balti-
more, Maryland, of one-fourth of the residue of the estate,
contained in the Last Will and Testament of Laura V.
Gruber, late of Baltimore City, deceased, the said will hav-
ing been duly probated in the office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City in Wills Liber J. H. B. No. 220, folio 318.

2. To the Deed from William Z. Tolson and Ethel E. Tol-
son, his wife, to the Liberty Grove Methodist Church, dated
June 3, 1946 and recorded in Liber 1021, Folio 417, convey-
ing a part of a tract of land in Montgomery County, State
of Maryland, known as and called "Snowden's New Birming-
ham Manor" and "Water Luck" and "Soper's Discovery",
containing Twenty-eight and nine hundred seventy-nine
thousand acres (28. 979), more or less, as described in said
Deed, by metes and bounds, courses and distances.

3. To the bequest to the Vestry of Emmanuel Protestant
Episcopal Parish of Allegany County, Maryland, the sum
of One Thousand Dollars ($1, 000. 00), contained in the Last
Will and Testament of Cora L. Jones, deceased, of Cumber-
land, Maryland, recorded in Liber V, Folio 341 in the Office
of the Register of Wills for Allegany County, probated on
November 1, 1946.

4. To the deed of David C. Butcher and Nelda L. Butcher
of a Lot with Church building thereon on the northwest
corner of Guilford Avenue and East Lanvale Street, City of
Baltimore, 51 feet by 100 ft., more particularly described in
Deed recorded in Liber MLP 7129, folio 291, Records of
Baltimore City, and by subsequent deed filed for record
August 28, 1947 to the Northeast Baltimore Branch of the
Christian and Missionary Alliance.

5. To the deeds of house and lot designated as No. 3114
Berkshire Road, Baltimore, Maryland, more particularly
described in deed from Paul S. Bozzone and wife to Hann
Browne, and thereafter by Hann Browne and wife to North-
east Baltimore Branch of the Christian and Missionary
Alliance by deeds filed for record August 4, 1947 and to be
recorded in Liber 7189 at folios to be determined.
