tion 49 of this Article, file with the State Comptroller and
with the Director of the State Fiscal Research Bureau, its
financial report covering the full period of each such fiscal
year. Such report shall be properly filled in on the form or
forms established by the Maryland Commission on Uniform
Accounts as provided in this sub-title and shall be verified
by the proper officer or official of each county, incorporated
city or town and taxing district filing the same. Such form
or forms shall be supplied to each county and to each in-
corporated city or town and taxing district by the State
Comptroller.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is here-
by declared to be an emergency law and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health or safety, and
being passed upon a yea and nay vote, supported by three-
fifths of all the members elected to each of the two Houses
of the General Assembly of Maryland, the same shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 66.
(House Bill 29)

AN ACT to add a new section to the Montgomery County
Code (1939 Edition), being Article 16 of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery County",
sub-title "Washington Suburban Sanitary District", said
new section to be known as Section 1189A and to follow
immediately after Section 1189 of said Article, and to add
a new section to the Prince George's County Code (1943
Edition), being Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Prince George's County", sub-
title "Washington Suburban Sanitary District", said new
section to be known as Section 1430A and to follow im-
mediately after Section 1430 of said Article, relating to
constructing water or sewer house connections in the
Washington Suburban Sanitary District.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to the
Montgomery County Code (1939 Edition), being Article 16
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Mont-
gomery County", sub-title "Washington Suburban Sanitary
District", said new section to be known as Section 1189A,
to follow immediately after Section 1189 of said Article,
