issue revenue bonds of the State, payable solely from reve-
nues, to pay the cost of such projects.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That sub-section (b) of
Section 122C of Article 89B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land, as enacted by Chapter 561 of the Acts of 1947, title
"State Roads", sub-title ''Bridge, Tunnel and Motorway Reve-
nue Bonds", be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

122C.

(b) The word "bridge" shall mean any bridge constructed
by the Commission under the provisions of this sub-title, and
shall include and embrace a causeway alone or in conjunction
with a bridge as well as the substructure and the superstruc-
ture thereof and the approaches thereto, and such entrance
plazas, interchanges, overpasses, underpasses, connecting high-
ways (including elevated or depressed highways), toll houses,
administration, storage and other buildings, and other struc-
tures as the Commission may determine to construct in con-
nection therewith, together with all property, rights, ease-
ments and interests acquired by the Commission for the con-
struction or the operation of such bridge.

SEC. 2A. And be it further enacted., That sub-section (e)
of Section 122C of Article 89B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, as enacted by Chapter 561 of the Acts of 1947,
title "State Roads", sub-title "Bridge, Tunnel and Motor-
way Revenue Bonds", be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

(e) The word "project" shall mean any bridge, tunnel,
crossing or motorway constructed by the Commission under
the provisions of this sub-title.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That a new sub-section
be and the same is hereby added to Section 122C of Article
89B of the Annotated Code of Maryland, as enacted by
Chapter 561 of the Acts of 1947, title "State Roads", sub-title
"Bridge, Tunnel and Motorway Revenue Bonds", to be known
as sub-section (h), to follow immediately after sub-section
(g) of said section and Article, and to read as follows:

122C.

(h) The word "crossing" shall mean a bridge or a tunnel
or a combination of a bridge and a tunnel.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That Section 122H of
Article 89B of the Annotated Code of Maryland, as said sec-
tion was enacted by Chapter 561 of the Acts of 1947, title
