    395.  An act for the relief of Matthew Hardesty, collector of
State taxes for the first collection district of Anne Arundel
county.
    396.  An act to repeal the act passed at November session,
eighteen hundred and nine, chapter one hundred and eighty-one,
entitled an act relating to the Judges of the Court of Appeals
and of the County Courts.
    397.  An act to reduce the present rates of tolls charged upon
sheep, hogs, cattle, and horses, in droves, passing over the whole
or any part of the United States Road within the limits of this
State.
    398.  An act to incorporate the Monumental Real Estate Company.
    399.  An act amendatory to an act passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and thirty-one, chapter one hundred and thirty-nine,
incorporating the town of Boonsboro', and its additions, in
Washington county.
    400.  An act relating to the sale of real estate by Constables
who have removed from this State.
    401.  An act to authorise the Hamspshire Coal and Iron Company
of the State of Virginia, to purchase and hold mineral lands
in the county of Allegany, in the State of Maryland.
    402.  An act appropriating a sum of money to pay Thomas A.
Mitchell for repairing the State House.
    403.  An act fixing the time for the Comptroller of the Treasury
to bond, qualify, and enter upon the duties of his office.
    404.  An act to amend the act entitled an act to establish a
House of Refuge for juvenile delinquents, and the supplement
thereto, so as to reduce the number of managers thereof, to
change the mode of appointment of a part of said managers, and
to take away from the Judges of the Circuit Courts of the counties
of this State, the power to order the removal of minors to
the House of Refuge.
    405.  An act in favor of William C. Pierce, of Montgomery
county.
    406.  An act in relation to writs issued by the District Courts
of the several counties of this State, providing for the time and
place of the same, in all cases in which they were not returned
before the fourth day of July, eighteen hundred and fifty-one, the
day on which the present Constitution of the State went into
operation.
   407.  An act to incorporate the Pickell Mining Company.
