funded debts of this State, or parts thereof, and the increase of
the sinking fund, out of the surplus moneys that may at any time
be in the Treasury of Maryland.

    366.  An act to incorporate the Central Coal Mining and Manufacturing

    367.  An act to amend the charter of the Frederick County
Canal Company, passed at December session, eighteen hundred
and twenty-eight, chapter six.
    368.  An act to provide for changing the place of holding the
elections in the third election district of Anne Arundel county.
    369.  An act to prescribe the time for electing directors of the
Mechanics Savings Bank of Baltimore.
    370.  An act to give leave of the Legislature to the devises and
bequests of Handy Mills, late of Worcester county, deceased, to
the committee of the Pitts Creek Presbyterian Church.
    371.  An act to provide for the safe keeping of the papers and
records of the late General Court and the Court of Appeals, and
the Acts of Assembly of this State.
    372.  An act to carry into effect in part the eighth section of
the seventh article of the Constitution, by determining the number
of County Commissioners for the several counties.
