State Agricultural Chemist, for twelve thousand five hundred
copies of his third Report to the Legislature.
    348.  An act to confirm and make valid the assessment of the
capital stock of Incorporated Institutions and Companies in Allegany
county, in this State, and to enlarge the powers of the
County Commissioners of said county, in relation to the assessment
of the same, and to enforce the payment of the taxes which
may be imposed thereon.
    349.  An act giving the leave of the Legislature to the vestry
of Christ Church Parish, in Calvert county, to purchase and hold
a glebe or parsonage, in said county.
    350.  An act amendatory of and  to revive the act entitled an
act to incorporate the Choptank and Delaware Railroad Company.
    351.  An act providing for the payment to the Baltimore General
Dispensary, of a sum of money retained as a tax by the Register
of Wills of Baltimore city.
    352.  An act giving the assent of the Legislature of Maryland,
to certain bequests of Sally Jones, late of Worcester county, deceased,
to the Methodist Protestant Church, in Newtown, Worcester
county, to the Methodist Episcopal Church, in Newtown,
Worcester county, to Quinton Methodist Protestant Church, in
Somerset county, to Kingston Methodist Episcopal Church,
Somerset county, and to the Methodist Episcopal Church, at Curtis'
Chapel, in Somerset county.
    353.  An act to repeal the seventh section of the act passed at
December session, eighteen hundred and forty-one, chapter two
hundred and eighty-two, entitled an act to authorise the licensing
of stock brokers, exchange brokers, and bill brokers, and to regulate
contracts for the purchasing and sale of loans and stocks.
    354.  An act to provide for the payment of legal fees due James
Ll. Martin, for services rendered as Prosecuting Attorney.
    355.  An act amendatory of an act passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and forty-seven, chapter two hundred and
thirty-two, providing for the better regulation of primary schools
in Washington county.
    336.  An act to locate an additional school district number
three, being the lower district of Caroline county.
    337.  An act to refund to Greenbury T. Sappington, late collector
in the several collection district of Anne Arundel county, an
overpayment of State taxes.
