    228.  An act authorising the Orphans Court of Charles county
to appoint Commissioners to divide Primary School District number
one, of the Third Election District of Charles county, and
create a new School District therein.

Mary's County Court, an amount due him for fees, by the State
of Maryland.
    230.  An act to refund to A. and J. Bonn & Brothers an overpayment
of State Taxes.

    232.  An act for the relief of John Wise and Moses Collet, of
Baltimore county.
    233.  An act to amend an act passed at December Session,
eighteen hundred and thirty-eight, chapter two hundred and eight,
entitled, an act to authorise the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore
to levy hereafter upon the assessable property within the
city of Baltimore, a direct tax not exceeding the sum of three
hundred and fifty thousand dollars, with full power by ordinance
to collect the same, so as to authorise the Mayor and City Council
to increase the direct tax to an amount not exceeding five hundred
thousand dollars.
    234.  An act to incorporate the Isabella Gas Works of Frederick
city.
    235.  An act to authorise the Commissioners of Saint Mary's
county to cause to be laid off and condemned a public landing on
the Patuxent river, at the terminus of the public road leading to
a point on said river, commonly known as Queen Tree Landing.
