    208.  An act to regulate the compensation of the State's Attorney
for Harford county, in criminal cases removed to said county
for trial.
    209. An act to amend the fifth section of the act passed at
January Session, eighteen hundred and fifty-two, chapter one
hundred and eighty-nine, entitled, an act to provide for a Public
Ferry at Mataponi Landing, in Worcester county, and to change
the time for making the levy therein required.
    210.  An act to provide for the pay of mileage of the Visiters
of the Baltimore City and County Jail, from Baltimore county.
    211.  An act to amend the act entitled, an act to provide for
the rebuilding of the Jail in Harford county, passed at January

the last Session, chapter three hundred and sixteen, entitled, an
act to authorise the appointment of a Commissioner to take testimony,
to provide for the recording of copies of wills and other
papers of which the originals were lost by the burning of the
Court House in Dorchester county, and to remedy, as far as practicable,
the evils likely to ensue from the destruction of the records
