to correct an error in the proceedings for the sale of the estate of
Archibald Barnes and Sally Elizabeth Barnes.
    158.  An act to authorise the County Commissioners of Saint
Mary's county, to levy money for repairing or rebuilding a bridge
across the head water of Saint Mary's river, at the Great Mills,
and to contract for repairing or rebuilding the same.
    159.  An act to amend the act passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and thirty-seven, chapter two hundred and six,
to establish primary schools in Dorchester county.
    160.  An act to increase the capital stock of the Dollyhide
Copper Company.
    161.  An act to incorporate the town of Hillsborough, in Caroline
county.
    162.  An act for the regulation of the issue, service and return
of capias and subpœnas in Criminal cases, in Baltimore city.
    163.  An act to change the time of electing Trustees of primary
schools in the upper election district of Caroline county.
    164.  An act to alter and change the day of election of Trustees
of Primary School district number three, in the upper election
district of Caroline county, and to authorise the Trustees to
remove the old or build a new school house in said district.
    165.  An act for the benefit of the Redemptorists and the Congregations
under their pastoral charge, in relation to a burying
ground lot.
    166.  An act to incorporate the Manor Mining and Manufacturing
Company.
    167.  An act to extend the powers of the President and Commissioners
of the town of Elkton.
    168.  An act authorising the payment of ten dollars to William
F. Nichols, for services rendered in the State Library.
    169.  An act to authorise the Trustees of the poor of Dorchester
county, to sell part of the real estate held by them.
    170.  An act to alter and amend the charter of the Llangollen
Mining Company, passed at the December session, eighteen hundred
and forty-nine, chapter four hundred and twelve, so as to
authorise the said company to increase its capital stock, also to
authorise said company to condemn the right of way, construct
and keep in repair Railroad or Railroads for the use of their
mines.
    171.  An act to provide for repairing the bridge over the Patuxent
river at or near the village of Queen Ann, in Prince
George's county.
    172.  An act to empower the Judge of the Circuit Court for
Somerset county, to cause a panel of jurors to be summoned to
attend the January and July terms of said Court.
