CHAPTER 435.
AN ACT to provide for the payment of costs adjudged
by the Court of Appeals against the State, in the case
of the State of Maryland against Milburn and others.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted
by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer be and he is hereby
authorised and directed, upon the warrant of the Comptroller,
to pay to John M. S. Causin, to whose use and
benefit the same appears from the record to have been
entered, the sum of one hundred and thirty-four dollars,
thirty-four and two-third cents, being the amount of
costs adjudged by the court of appeals against the State
of Maryland, in the case of said State against Alexander
Milburn, John H. Milburn, James C. Milburn, Robert
N. Milburn, and James T. Blackistone.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted,
That this act shall take
effect from its passage.

CHAPTER 436.
AN ACT authorising the Commissioners appointed to
build a Court House in Dorchester county, to borrow
for that purpose, a sum of money not exceeding three
thousand dollars additional, if they shall deem the
same necessary.

Be it enacted by the General
Assembly of Maryland,
That the commissioners appointed under and by virtue
of the act passed at January session, eighteen hundred
and fifty-two, chapter three hundred and twenty-four,
entitled, an act to provide for building a court house in
Dorchester county, be, and they are hereby authorised,
in addition to the sum already allowed by the second
section of said act, to borrow in their discretion, if they
should deem the same necessary, an amount not to
exceed three thousand dollars, under the same terms
and regulations as provided for in said act.
