SEC. 5. And be it enacted,
That it shall be the duty
of the president or other proper officer of each of the
said companies or incorporated institutions, to furnish,
on or before the first day of April in each year, to the
county commissioners of each county in which any
stockholder or stockholders of said company may reside,
or to the appeal tax court of Baltimore city, in case any
such stockholder may reside in said city, a list of the
persons resident in such county or city, who on the first
day of March preceding, were stockholders of such
company, so far as the same may be known to such
president or other officer as aforesaid, together with the
amount of stock in such company, held by each of said
stockholders, and in case default shall be made by the
president or other officer as aforesaid, in furnishing the
list of stockholders as required by this section, then, for
each and every day such default shall continue, such
company shall pay to the county commissioners or the
mayor and city council of Baltimore, as the case may
be, the sum of five dollars.

CHAPTER 349.
AN ACT giving the leave of the Legislature to the Vestry
of Christ Church Parish, in Calvert county, to purchase
and hold a new glebe or parsonage in said
county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted
by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That a leave is hereby given to the
Vestry of Christ Church Parish, in Calvert county, and
their successors to purchase by a sale or exchange of
the one hundred acres of land in said county, now
owned by said vestry and purchased by them from
Mary A. Wilson and John J. Rawlings, some suitable
tract or parcel of land in said county, and to hold the
same for a parsonage or glebe.
