CHAPTER 313.
AN ACT to change the name of John Amos Cunningham,
of Frederick county, to the name of John Amos
Hosselbock Cunningham.

Name changed.
|
Be it enacted by the General
Assembly of Maryland,
That the name of John Amos Cunningham, of
Frederick county, be, and the same is hereby changed
to John Amos Hosselbock Cunningham; and that he
shall be at all times and in all respects entitled to use
the name of John Amos Hosselbock Cunningham, as
if he had always been called and known by that name.

CHAPTER 314.
AN ACT to revive the act passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and forty-nine, chapter one hundred
and twenty-five, entitled, a further supplement to an
act entitled, an act to incorporate the town of Vienna,
in Dorchester county, passed at December session
eighteen hundred and thirty-three, chapter two hundred
and sixteen.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted
by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the act passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and forty-nine, chapter one hundred
and twenty-five, be, and the same is hereby revived
and continued in force, and shall have the same validity
and effect, for electing commissioners and regulating
