SEC. 7. And be it enacted,
That it shall be the duty
of the State Librarian to deliver to each public circulating
library or library association, which may make application
therefor, one copy of the laws, journals and
documents; Provided, however, that the Librarian
shall not comply with such application when there are
less than fifty copies of the volume applied in the Library.

That all acts and resolutions
heretofore passed to regulate the printing and
distribution of the laws, journals and documents, of this
State, be, and the same are hereby repealed.

CHAPTER
37.
AN ACT to amend the act incorporating the Baltimore,
Carroll and Frederick rail road company, chapter three
hundred and four, passed at January session eighteen
hundred and fifty-two.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted
by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the title of the Baltimore, Carroll
and Frederick rail road company shall be changed, and
hereafter styled the Western Maryland rail road company.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted,
That so much of the section
ten of an act passed at January session, eighteen
hundred and fifty-two, chapter three hundred and four,
entitled, an act to incorporate the Baltimore, Carroll
and Frederick rail road company, as provides for the
personal liability of the Stockholders for debts due by
said corporation to its laborers and servants, be and the
same is hereby repealed.

repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted,
That section eleven of
said act, providing for the liability of said corporation
to pay debts due from contractors, be and the same is
hereby repealed.

Sec. 11, repealed.

That this act shall take
effect from its passage.
