shall have all the powers in the execution of said writ,
that he may have in the execution of any writ of habere facias
possessionem, to him directed.

                                            CHAPTER 104.

            An act for the relief of David Martin, of the city of Baltimore.

Passed Feb.
13, 1826.
    Sec. 1.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That David Martin, of the city of Baltimore, be, and he is
hereby authorised to prefer his petition for the benefit of the
insolvent laws of this state, to the commissioners of insolvent
debtors for the city of Baltimore, notwithstanding that two
years have not elapsed since his former application.
Insolvent.
    2.  And be it enacted, That the commissioners of insolvent
debtors, and the judgment of Baltimore county court are hereby
authorised and required to receive and hear the petition of David
Martin, and to grant to the said David Martin the benefit
of the several acts of assembly passed for the relief of insolvent
debtors, if he shall be entitled thereto, notwithstanding the failure
of his former application.
Court directed.

                                            CHAPTER 105.

An act authorising the levy court of Washington county, to levy a sum
    of money for the purpose of repairing and rebuilding a bridge over
    Conococheague creek, near the Broad Fording.

Passed Feb.
24, 1826.
    Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That 
the levy court of Washington county, be, and they are hereby
authorized and empowered to levy on the assessable property
of said county, in two or more equal annual levies, to commence
in the year eighteen hundred and twenty six, such sums of money
as they in their judgment may deem necessary to repair
or rebuild the bridge over the Conococheague creek near the
Broad Fording, and to adopt such measures as to them may
seem most expedient for repairing or rebuilding said bridge.
Levy authorised.

                                            CHAPTER 106.

An act to divorce John T. Shanks, and Lydia Shanks, his wife, of Dorchester
                                                  county.

Passed Feb.
22, 1826.
    Sec. 1.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the said John T. Shanks, be, and he is hereby divorced from.
