properly bound with the clerk of the court of Appeals to be
preserved by him among the records of his office. |

2. And be it enacted, That after every
session of the legislature,
a printed copy of the votes and proceedings of each
house shall be delivered by the printer to the clerk of the said
court, who shall cause the same to be bound in such manner as
to correspond with the other volumes, and copies and extracts,
from said manuscript or printed volumes when officially attested
by the said clerk, shall be received in evidence in any court
of law or equity or before any judge or justice of this state in
the same manner and with the same effect as if the original record
and the votes and proceedings was itself produced. |

act for the delivery of the will of Solomon Kitt. |

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the
register of wills of Baltimore county be, and he is hereby authorised
and required to deliver to Christian Mayer or Charles
F. Mayer, the will of Solomon Kitt, now remaining among the
records of his office. |

CHAPTER 80.
An act for the relief of
Horace Morris, of the state of New York. |
Insolvent.
Proviso. |
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland,
That the commissioners of insolvent debtors for the city and
county of Baltimore, be, and they are hereby authorised and
empowered to grant to Horace Morris, of the state of New
York, the benefit, of the several acts of assembly, passed for
the relief of insolvent debtors; Provided, the said Horace Morris,
shall in all respects (except that of proving residence,) comply
with the requisitions of said acts of assembly, and that he
satisfy the said commissioners that he did not come into this
sate, with the view of obtaining the benefit of the said insolvent
laws. |
Security dispensed
with. |
2. And be it enacted, That in case
the said Horace Morris,
shall be unable to give security for his appearance as required
by the insolvent law, the commissioners shall nevertheless proceed
with the examination of his case. And if their report be
favorable, he shall be forthwith discharged from imprisonment. |
