                        JOS. KENT, ESQ. GOVERNOR.

    Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the orphan's court of Baltimore county, be, and they are hereby
authorised and required to direct the administrators of the said
William Godfroid, junior, after deducting out of the said estate
and repaying to the free schools, the expenses they have actually
incurred in the prosecution of their claim, to pay over one
half of the clear balance that may remain after the settlement
of the said estate to Charles F. Pochon and Eulalie Pochon,
whose receipt shall be a sufficient acquittance therefor, and invest
the other half in some public stock under the direction of
the orphan's court, in such manner that it may be secured for
the sole and exclusive use and benefit of the said Eulalie Pochon.

                                            CHAPTER 46.

A further additional supplement to the act, entitled, An act to establish
    the line between Frederick and Washington counties, passed November
    session, eighteen hundred and ten, chapter six.

Commissioners.     Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That it
shall be lawful for the levy court of Frederick county, to appoint
three commissioners at their first session in April next,
or at any time thereafter, and such commissioners, when so appointed,
shall have and exercise all the powers vested by the
act passed at December session, eighteen hundred and twenty-four,
chapter sixty-nine, in the commissioners therein directed
to be appointed on the part of Frederick county.

                                            CHAPTER 47.

An act to alter and change the divisional line between the first and second
                            election districts in Caroline county.

Preamble.     WHEREAS, it would add to the convenience of certain voters
now residing in the second election district in Caroline
county, that the same should be changed; Therefore,
Line designated.     Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
in lieu of the division lines heretofore established by law as the
divisional lines between the first and second election districts in
Caroline county, on the east side of Choptank river, the following
shall be, and are hereby established the divisional lines between
the said districts, viz.  Beginning on the east side of 
Choptank river, at the mouth of Frampton's mill branch, thence
running up said branch, and binding therewith, until it comes
to a notable place on said branch, commonly called and known
by the name of the Rackoon Trapp, thence by a straight line
to a methodist meeting house, commonly called Lee's meeting
