all intents and purposes, as if the said commissioners had not
heretofore reported against the said Jacob Ayres. |

3. And be it enacted, That the said
Jacob Ayres, shall be
authorised to produce before the said commissioners of insolvent
debtors, any competent witnesses, who shall be by said
commissioners examined upon oath, touching the situation and
pecuniary circumstances of said Jacob Ayres, at the time of
his prosecuting such new petition as aforesaid; and that like authority
is hereby given and extended to any creditor or creditors
of the said Jacob Ayres. |

4. And be it enacted, That nothing
herein contained, shall
be construed to prevent any such creditor or creditors from exhibiting
ti Baltimore county court, allegations against the said
Ayres, in the same manner as he, she, or they could have done
upon the original application of the said Ayres, for the benefit of
the insolvent laws of Maryland; which allegations shall be tried
by the said court, in like manner as is now provided for the
trial of allegations against other applications for the benefit of
the said insolvent laws. |

CHAPTER 32.
An act to ascertain and settle the salary of the Members of the Council
for the present year. |

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

each member of the council shall be entitled to receive for the
present year, the sum of five hundred dollars current money,
for his salary. |
