                                            CHAPTER 13.

An act to authorise John McTavish to act as one of the executors to
                                  Charles Carroll of Carrollton.

16, 1826.

    Sec. 1.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Charles Carroll, of Carrollton, be, and he is hereby authorized
to make and appoint John McTavish one of the executors
to his last will and testament, and that the said John McTavish
be, and he is hereby authorized and empowered under such appointment
to act as one of the executors to said Charles Carroll,
of Carrollton, and to have and possess all the rights and authorities
of an executor, on his complying with the conditions imposed
by law upon other executors, in the same manner as if he
were a citizen of the United States.
Authority
granted.
    2.  And be it enacted, That this act shall be void and of no
effect, unless there be a citizen or citizens of the United States
appointed co-executor or co-executors with the said John
McTavish, to the said last will.
Condition.

                                            CHAPTER 14.

An act to confirm an act entitled, An act to alter and abolish so much of
    the Constitution and form of Government of the State of Maryland,
    as relates to the oath to be taken by the Senators and Delegates previous
    to the election of Governor and Council.

Passed Jan.
16, 1826.
    Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That an
act passed at December session, eighteen hundred and twenty-four,
entitled, an act to alter and abolish so much of the constitution
and form of government of the state of Maryland, as
relates to the oath to be taken by the senators and delegates previous
to the election of governor and council, chapter one hundred
and twenty-nine, be, and the same is hereby confirmed.
Confirmation.

                                            CHAPTER 15.

An act to appoint Trustees for the sale of the property therein mentioned,
    being the real estate of the late Samuel Stevenson, deceased.

Passed Jan.
21, 1826.
    Sec. 1.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Basil D. Stevenson and Henry Stevenson, be, and they
are hereby appointed trustees to make sale of the real estate
whereof their father Samuel Stevenson died seized and possessed,
lying and being in Baltimore county, in this state, in
such parts, at such times, and on such terms, as they, the sid trustees
shall think most advantageous for all the parties concerned,
subject nevertheless to the advice, approval and ratification of
Trustees—
