Said report was ordered spread upon 'the "Journal
and referred to the Committee on Finance (hereafter
to be appointed.)
The Chief Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared
and delivered the following:
BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

Gentlemen of the Senate:
We propose with the concurrence of your Honorable
Body, that when the General Assembly adjourns 19-
day, it stands adjourned until Tuesday next the 12th
inst., at 7:30 o'clock P. M.

Which was read.
Mr. Beasman submitted the following message:
BY THE SENATE,
January 6th, 1904.
Gentlemen of the House of Delegates;
We have received your message proposing that when
the General Assembly adjourn to-day, it stands ad-
journed until Tuesday nexr, 12th instant, at half-past
seven o'clock p.m., and concur therein
