Whereupon,
At12.26 p. m.,
The Senators returned to the Senate Chamber and
resumed the business of the session.
At 12.30 p. m.,
On motion of Mr. Moore,
The Senate adjourned to meet Tuesday, January
26th, A. D. 1904, at 11.30 a. m.
TUESDAY, January 26, 1904.
Senate met at 11 o'clock a. m.
Prayer by Rev. Mr. Mills.
Present at roll call the following Senators:
Messrs. President, Applegarth, Betts, Biddison,
Brewington, Dashiell, Devilbiss, Dixon, Foxwell,
Gadd, Gill, Gorman, Gray, Greenwell, Griffith, Kir-
wan. Lewis, McCullough, Moore, Palmer, Perkins,
Robinson, Roe, Thomas, Wilson, Young—26.
The Journal of Monday, January 25th, 1904, was
read and approved.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS.
The President laid before the Senate the unfinished
business of Thursday, January 21st, 1904, being
The order of Mr. Gill, repbrted from the Committee
on Rules, adopting the Rule's of the session of 1902 as
the Rules to govern the present session.
