By Mr. Gill (by request),
A bill entitled "An Act to provide lor the further
publication of the Archives of Maryland."
Which was read the first 'time and referred to the
Committee on Finance (hereafter to be appointed).
Also, (by request.)
A bill entitled "An Act to appropriate a sum of
money to the Board of Trustees of the Fifth Regiment
Armory for the purpose of making several additions
thereto, and to repay the Board of Officers of the Fifth
Regiment for advances made by them towards the
completion of said building, and to repay E. M. Noel
for extra work done by him on said armory."
Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Finance (hereafter to be appointed.)
Also, (by request),
A bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 16, of the Code of Public General Laws of the
State of Maryland, title 'Chancery,' sub title 'Trus-
tee,' to be known as 'Section 232 A.' "
Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on the Judiciary (hereafter to be ap-
pointed.)
Also, (by request )
A bill entitled "An Act to repeal section eighty-
five L Jof Article twenty three of the Code of Public
General Laws, title 'Corporations' sub-title 'General
Regulations,' as enacted by the Acts of 1892, chapter
109, and to re-enact the same with amendments.' "

A bill entitled "An Act to forbid the erection or
alteration of any building in Baltimore city, except
churches, within one block of the Washington Monu-
ment in said city, to a height exceeding a point seventy
feet above the surface of the street, at the base line of
the Washington Monument

A bill entitled "An Act to appropriate a sum of
money for the maintenance of the Fifth Regiment
Armory "
