and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

Senate bill entitled an Act to authorize and em-
power the Judges of the Circuit Court for Baltimore
counnty to purchase law books for the use of its public
library, and to provide for payment of the costs of the
same.

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
