section of Article 57, of the Code of Public General
Laws, relating to "Limitation of Actions," and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Judicial Proceedings.

Mr. Hayes, from the Committee on Finance, reported
favorably the following bills :

Senate bill entitled an Act to pay John Murphy
and Company a sum of money for supplies furnished
by them to State Tobacco Warehouse No 2.
