Senate bill entitled an Act to enable the University
Club of Baltimore city to issue bonds for the purchase
and improvement of its club building.

On motion by Mr. Gorter,

The bill was substituted for the report, read the
second time, and ordered to be engrossed for a third
reading.

And, unfavorably,

House Joint resolution requiring Savings Banks to
make certain reports to the State Comptroller.
Which was adopted.

Said resolution was then returned-to the House, of
Delegates.

Mr. Hayes, from said Finance Committee, reported
favorably the following bills:

Senate bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money for the purpose of repairing, repainting, &c.,
K&c.3 the Executive Mansion.
