ORDERS.
Mr. Evans presented the following:
Ordered, That the Public Printer be directed to
furnish the Postmaster of the Senate the addresses of
the newspapers of the State to which he has been
ordered to send copies of the daily journal, printed
on gummed paper, so as to be readily separated, for
that purpose.
Also,
Ordered by the Senate, That the Public Printer print
and Lave bound 1, 000 copies of the "Constitution of
the State of Maryland, in which shall be inserted all
amendments to the same, together with marginal
reference to all the opinions of the Court of Appeals
of Maryland, construing said Constitution and amend-
ments; that the Constitution so printed and bound
shall be in size, binding, type, quality of paper, like
the Constitution printed and published by John
Murphy & Co. in the year 1867, copies of which are
now in the State Library; that the cost of printing
and binding said Constitution in manner and form as
above described, shall not exceed $465 00.
And be it further ordered, That the Public Printer
shall submit the proof of said Constitution with
amendments inserted as aforesaid, and marginal
references, to the Committee on Judicial Proceedings
of the Senate, whose duty it shall be to examine, re-
vise and correct the same; and said Committee shall
also furnish the Public Printer with the marginal
references aforesaid. Upon the completion of said
work as aforesaid, the Public Printer shall submit
