House bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town
of Walkersville, in Frederick county, Maryland,

House bill entitled an Act to enlarge and define the-
taxable limits of Frederick City, and to establish cer-
tain avenues, streets, and the boulevard as at present
located, to fix the grade and macadamize the same.

House bill entitled an Act to amend section 258, of
Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, relating to the lien of livery stable keepers in
"Frederick City."

Which were read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Newman, Seibert and Moss.

House bill entitled an Act to add two new sections
to Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Calvert County," under the sub title "County Com-
missions," relating to the term of County Commis-
sioners of said county.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Waters, Getty and Coffin.

House bill entitled an Act to carry into effect
section 1, of Article 7, of the Constitution of this
State, so far as the same relates to Howard county,
and to repeal section 39, of Article 14, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Howard County,", sub-title'
"County Commissioners and County Collectors," and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Rogers, Robinson and Moss.

House bill entitled an Act to better protect fish and
wild fowl in the waters of Rumney Creek, Harford
county, Maryland.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Robinson, Bennett and Seibert.

House bill entilled an Act for the better protection
of game in St. Mary's county, and' to prevent the
shooting or taking of same by non-residents without
license.

Which was read the first time, and referred to
Messrs. Wilkinson, Posey and Brown.
