with amendments new section 130, of Article 33, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
"Elections," as enacted by the Act of 1890.

House bill entitled an Act to legalize and make
valid the appointment of registers of voters and the
boards of supervisors of elections in the city of
Hagerstown, an t the entries made, acts done and pro-
ceedings taken by said registers of voters in contem-
plated pursuance of the duties required of them, re-
spectively, by chapter 36, of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at its January
Session, 1892

House bill entitled an Act authorizing the tran-
scribing of certain indexes of records and will books
in the office of the Register of Wills of Washington
county.

Which were read the first time, and referred to

House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 156 and
169, of Article 24, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Worcester County," sub-title "Ocean City."
