with amendments new section 131, of Article 33, of
the Code of Public General Laws, title "Elections,"
as enacted by the Act of 1890, chapter 538.

Said bill was ordered to lie over and be made the
Order of the Day for Tuesday, March 22d, at 12.30
P. M.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared, and.
delivered the following bills :

House bill entitled an Act to amend section 27, of
Article 65, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Militia," sub-title "Maryland National Guard."

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Militia.

House bill entitled a further supplement to an Act
entitled "An Act to incorporate the Baltimore Equit-
able Society for Insuring Houses from Loss by Fire,"'
being chapter 39 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1794.

Which was read the first time, and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

And returned,

Senate bill entitled an Act to add additional sec-
tions to Article 15 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Kent County," sub-title "Oysters."

Endorsed: "Reported unfavorably by the Committee
on Chesapeake Bay and its Tributaries, and report
adopted."
