Said bill was then returned to the House of Dele-
gates.

House bill entitled an Act to amend Article 4, of the
Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore, " sub-
title "License, " authorizing the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to license and regulate telegraph,
telephone and electric light poles in the streets, lanes
and alleys of said city.

Was read the third time, and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows, with proposed amendments:

AFFIRMATIVE.

Messrs. President, Hubner,
Brown, Moss,
Coffin, Pearre,
Evans, Posey,
Getty, Toadvin,
Gorter, Wilkinson,
Hayes, Wirt,
Hepbron, Wootton—16.

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Dele-
gates.

ORDER OF THE DAY,

The hour of 1 P. M. having arrived, the President
announced the Order of the Day to be the considera-
tion of,

Senate bill entitled an Act to add six new sections
to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"City of Baltimore, " sub-title "Liquor and Intoxicat-
ing Drinks, " to come in after section 652 T of said
Article, and to be designated as 653 N, 653 V, 653
W, 653 X, 653 Y, and 653 Z.

Which was considered and made the Order of the
Day for Tuesday, March 15, at 1. 30.
